Chloe's New Swim Tomorrow!

COURAGEOUS CHLOE CHANGES COURSE

Chloe McArdel’s
50km 'Save the Bay' swim from Mornington to St Kilda Pier which was scheduled for Sunday October 28 has been cancelled due to adverse weather forecast. But all is not lost...

Chloe has come up with an alternative and Blue Wedges have vowed to support her courageous initiative. She will undertake a 40km swim at the Brighton Sea Baths, Melway reference 47 B10, starting at 7am on Saturday the 27th October. She expects to finish the swim at around 6pm in the evening.

Chloe will be joined by the Brighton Icebergers at 8am and is also hoping that surf-kiters will come out to add to the spectacle. “This swim may not be 'spectacular' but it is still quite a marathon. I’m hoping many supporters will come to cheer me on throughout the day.” said Chloe.

”I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their interest and support and make it known that the fight to save the bay from this major channel dredging project is not over yet.”

LET'S DO WHATEVER WE CAN TO MAKE THIS LAST MINUTE OBSTACLE A GREAT SUCCESS. GO, CHLOE!
