Victorian Upper House Member for Southern Metropolitan, She is also the parliamentary David in battle with Government Goliath in her views on the Channel Deepening project, and particularly the ecomonic grounds for its necessity. The Hon Ms Pennicuik will be joining us live in the studio to discuss her very recent and successful moves to have the economics of the Port Phillip Bay channel deepening project formally examined by the new upper house Standing Committee on Finance and Public Administration in Parliament.
